Archdiocese holds local V Encuentro

Local Catholics take part in the Archdiocese of Chicago’s pastoral Encuentro at DePaul College Prep, 3633 North California Ave. on April 21, 2018. The local gathering was held in preparation for the national V Encuentro this September. The goal of the V Encuentro, a national initiative, is to discern how the U.S. Church can respond to the Hispanic presence and to strengthen the ways Hispanics respond to the New Evangelization as missionary disciples serving the entire church.
