Knights of Columbus Cardinal Stritch Council 3674 held a freethrow basketball contest at St. Joseph Parish Gym in Libertyville on Jan. 11. Knights councils around the state are holding similar contests. Winners from Libertyville proceed to district contests in February. Twenty-six young people participated.

Free-throw winners: (girls) Jillian Miller, 9; Teresa Morozin, 10; and Madison Konen, 11; (boys) Nicholas Pucin, 9; Tom Rudolph, 10; Jack Sachs, 11; Connor Lutes, 12; Patrick Graham, 14.
