Fiesta del Sol continues People’s Mass tradition

Bishop Plácido Rodríguez, bishop emeritus of Lubbock, Texas, was the main celebrant for the annual People’s Mass at Fiesta Del Sol on July 30, 2023. Fiesta del Sol is the largest Hispanic festival in the Midwest, attracting more than 1.2 million attendees each year.
