March for Peace

Hundreds gathered outside of St. Sabina Church on June 15 for a peace rally on the last day of classes for Chicago Public School students. In an effort to keep kids safe, Father Michael Pfleger, co-pastor of St. Sabina, challenged parishioners and neighbors to stand up and be a voice for peace. More than 50 people were shot in the city the previous weekend.
